Shipping & Delivery

'AAU Style' is delivering / shipping to UK only. 

Delivery Charges: Always FREE for ALL PRODUCTS that you purchase from our Store.

Delivery Period: We aim to deliver our products within 3-5 Business Days, except Premium VidaXL brand products that can take 8~10 days to be delivered. You will be provided with a tracking number after your order is shipped, and you can also contact us any time for the delivery / shipment status. In case of unforeseen shipment delay from international warehouses, we will make sure your package reach you at the very earliest.

Specific Delivery Period is also mentioned in the Product Page for each Product.

We have arrangements with the best quality eco-friendly products suppliers from all over the world. Shipment from certain countries can take an average of 12-15 Days approximately. The delivery times are expected to improve further as Covid-19 restrictions are eased. 

Packaging: We deliver using eco-friendly postage & delivery options, but in certain cases International Shipment & Product Safety obligations may require our supplier to use certain non eco friendly packaging to a certain extent only, and we are striving hard to improve on this situation as we believe in 100% sustainable lifestyle.

Returns & Refunds: We ensure quality, but provide a 30 Days return period, for detailed terms please refer to our Refund Policy Page.
